ColdKing's Cold Room is made of polyurethane sandwich panel. It is of 100% polyurethane insulation by high pressure forming. Its internal/external surface is color coated steel plate or stainless steel plate. The strength of the insulated panel is improved greatly when it is cohered with the steel plate.
The insulated panels are connected with concavo-convex structure and closed with panel fastener. The gap between panels is sealed with seal glue.
As the insulated panel is manufactured with the same dimension and the panel fasteners (cam locks) are pre-embedded into the panel during production, the insulated panel can be assembled at worksite easily; it is also very convenient to partition, enlarge or move the cold room.
